Event Production Manager

Creations by Viva Limited is seeking a highly organised and visionary Event Production Manager to lead our bespoke event operations. We specialise in culturally enriched events including weddings, festivals, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong logistics, leadership, and creative production skills who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a knack for time management, as well as experience in upselling. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for multicultural events, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage vendor relationships and production schedules
• Oversee event safety and operational logistics
• Supervise creative and technical teams
• Maintain production budgets and timelines

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in event production
• Strong organisational and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the setup of décor and visual installations
• Support creative design processes and mood boards
• Collaborate on-site with production and client teams
• Help maintain artistic standards and cultural authenticity
Requirements:
• Diploma or training in creative arts or event styling
• 1–2 years' hands-on experience in creative or event environments
• Strong attention to detail and physical readiness for event setup
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, deadline-driven space
